摘要
由于PEM制氢系统电解制取的粗氢气中含有一定水分,为了制取纯度在99.999%及以上的高纯氢气,需要对制取的粗氢进行干燥纯化。目前电解制氢系统主要的两种氢气干燥工艺为变压吸附和变温吸附,结合PEM制氢系统特点对以上两种工艺进行了对比介绍,同时对优选干燥工艺变压吸附工艺的基本原理、设计思路、工艺参数设计计算和设备选型进行了详尽介绍。经过设计计算推导,完成了干燥再生周期、吸附剂用量、吸附床尺寸、再生气量、孔板尺寸等关键参数的核算,为高压氢气的干燥纯化提供了一种可借鉴的设计方案。
As the primary hydrogen produced by electrolysis of PEM contains certain moisture,in order to produce high purity hydrogen with purity of 99.999%or above,the primary hydrogen produced needs to be dried and purified.At present,the two main hydrogen drying processes in the electrolytic hydrogen production system are pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption drying.The above two processes are compared and introduced in combination with the characteristics of PEM hydrogen production system.At the same time,the basic principle,design ideas,process parameter design and equipment selection of the pressure swing adsorption process for the optimal drying process are introduced in detail.Through design calculation and derivation,the calculation of key parameters such as drying and regeneration cycle,adsorbent dosage,adsorption bed size,regeneration gas volume and orifice plate size is completed,which provides a reference design scheme for drying and purification of high-pressure hydrogen.
