治疗高脂血症的藏药及研究现状

摘要 高脂血症可引发许多疾病,日益威胁人类身体健康,因此研究开发疗效显著、安全可靠的调血脂药刻不容缓。藏医药是祖国医学的重要组成部分,深入挖掘和研究青藏高原人民防治疾病的宝贵经验和特有境地生长的药用生物资源,是中医药传承创新发展不可或缺的部分,藏医药在历经两千余年的沉淀与积累下发现或发明了许多具有防治高脂血症的藏药材或藏药复方制剂,本文以防治高脂血症藏药为切入点,对高脂血症的发病机制及关于藏医药的认识进行了简述,重点对具有防治高脂血症药理作用的单味藏药、藏药复方的应用和研究现状进行了综述,以期为深入研究和开发治疗高脂血症的藏药提供理论依据。 Hyperlipidemia can cause many diseases and increasingly threaten human health.Therefore,it is urgent to research and develop effective,safe and reliable lipid-lowering drugs.Tibetan medicine is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine.Deeply exploring and studying the valuable experience of the people on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in preventing and treating diseases and the medicinal biological resources that grow in unique conditions is an indispensable part of the inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine.After more than 2000 years of sedimentation and accumulation,Tibetan medicine has discovered or invented many Tibetan medicinal materials or Tibetan compound preparations that have the potential to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia.This article took Tibetan medicine for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia as the starting point,This article briefly reviewed the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and the understanding of Tibetan medicine,focusing on the application and research status of single Tibetan medicine and Tibetan compound medicine with pharmacological effects on preventing and treating hyperlipidemia,in order to provide theoretical basis for in-depth research and development of Tibetan medicine for treating hyperlipidemia.
