医学生志愿者参与社区养老服务驱动因素识别与发展策略研究

Identification of driving factors and development strategies for the participation of medicalstudent volunteers in community care services

文章基于扎根理论,对医学生、公益组织的管理人员及社区工作人员进行半结构化访谈,提炼医学生志愿者参与社区养老服务影响因素。研究认为,医学生志愿者参与社区养老服务驱动因素指标体系包含角色认同、个人动机、社群影响、组织规范、管理属性5个方面,同时从加强组织建设、增强角色认同、推进校地合作3方面提出发展策略。

The article is based on grounded theory and conducts semi-structured interviews with medical students,management personnel of public welfare organizations,and community workers to extract the influencing factors of medical student volunteers participating in community elderly care services.Research suggests that the indicator system of driving factors for medical student volunteers to participate in community elderly care services includes five aspects:role identity,personal motivation,community influence,organizational norms,and management attributes.At the same time,development strategies are proposed from three aspects:strengthening organizational construction,enhancing role identity,and promoting school local cooperation.
