面向南京城市地下空间资源综合开发利用的工程地质调查实践和研究

摘要 近年来,地下空间的开发利用得到越来越多的关注,其中,工程地质调查起到了基础性和决定性的作用。文章面向南京城市地下空间资源综合开发利用,分析了工程地质调查的工作难点,针对这些难点从技术探索和工作实践角度提出了解决对策,详细阐述了工程地质层划分技术规范、工程地质钻孔动态管理框架以及工程建设采挖砂石土料协同利用研究。通过这些工作的开展,实现了南京市城市地下空间资源工程地质调查的“三有”,即地层划分有依据、钻孔收集有统筹、土料利用有路径,有效提高了城市地下空间资源开发利用的管理水平,对建设资源节约型社会具有重要意义。 In recent years,the development and utilization of underground spaces have received increasing attention,among which engineering geological surveys have played a fundamental and decisive role.The article focuses on the comprehensive development and utilization of underground space resources in Nanjing city,analyzes the difficulties in engineering geological survey work,and proposes solutions from the perspectives of technical exploration and work practice.It elaborates in detail on the technical specifications for engineering geological layer division,the dynamic management framework for engineering geological drilling,and the research on the coordinated utilization of sand,gravel,and soil materials in engineering construction.Through the implementation of these works,the“three haves”of the engineering geological survey of urban underground space resources in Nanjing have been achieved,namely,there is a basis for stratigraphic division,coordinated drilling collection,and a path for soil material utilization,effectively improving the management level of urban underground space resource development and utilization,which is of great significance for building a resource-saving society.
