江苏半导体产业创新要素分析及对策研究

Research on innovation factors and countermeasures of Jiangsu semiconductor industry

文章在产业创新、创新要素理论研究基础上,通过对江苏半导体产业领域相关企业、金融机构、科研院所等创新主体实地调查研究,提炼江苏半导体产业发展特点及其创新要素发展特征,从技术研发、人才引进及培养、产业政策、金融支持等方面分析江苏半导体产业创新要素存在的问题及实际需求,提出加强关键核心技术攻关、强化科技创新平台建设、加强人才引进培育、推进产学研用金深度融合等对策建议。

Based on the theoretical research on industrial innovation and innovation factors,this paper refines the development characteristics of Jiangsu semiconductor industry and its innovation factors through field investigation and research on innovation subjects such as relevant enterprises,financial institutions and research institutes in Jiangsu semiconductor industry.From the aspects of technology research and development,talent introduction and training,industrial policy,financial support,the existing problems and actual needs of Jiangsu semiconductor industry innovation factors are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the key core technology research,strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation platform,strengthen the introduction and cultivation of talents,and promote the deep integration of industry,university and research funds.
