基于河北省科技奖的城市科技创新合作研究

摘要 随着科技快速发展,城市间基于多主体、多组织的科技合作日益紧密。文章采用复杂网络方法,基于2013—2022年河北省科技奖励项目,构建城市间科技创新合作网络,分析整体趋势及合作网络演化特征。研究结果表明:河北省城市合作占比呈上升趋势,多城市合作程度不断提升;石家庄是河北各城市中输出科技信息最高的,同时也是连接网络中其他城市最多的,对网络的信息传导能力和控制能力较强;北京是河北省内各城市寻求合作最多的城市,这得益于其丰富的科技资源和优越的地理位置。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the science and technology cooperation among cities based on multi-subject and multi-organization is becoming increasingly close.Based on the 2013-2022 Hebei Science and Technology Award project,this paper adopts complex network method to construct inter-city science and technology innovation cooperation network,and analyzes the overall trend and evolution characteristics of cooperation network.The results show that:The proportion of urban cooperation in Hebei province is on the rise,and the degree of multi-city cooperation is constantly improving;Shijiazhuang has the highest output of scientific and technological information among all cities in Hebei,and also the most connected cities in the network,with strong ability of information transmission and control of the network;Beijing is the city in Hebei province that cities seek the most cooperation,due to its rich scientific and technological resources and superior geographical location.
