In order to better promote national reading,this paper discusses the copyright restriction of electronic literature supply in public libraries in the promotion of national reading,and puts forward the concept and method of constructing a national national reading literature resource platform by combining the government’s overall purchase,public welfare donation and government investment.This paper not only discusses the limitation of electronic document copyright in public library reading promotion,but also provides a feasible solution for public library to meet the increasing demand of readers for online reading.
