基于CKS32F407的电压监测仪硬件系统设计

摘要 采用ASIC(专用电能计量芯片)搭配32位通用MCU方案,以国产微处理器CKS32F407为核心设计一种电压监测仪硬件系统。该文论述该硬件系统的实现方案并进行关键元器件选型与硬件设计,主要包括电源电路、信号采集电路、MCU微控制器核心电路、本地通信接口电路、数据存储电路、实时时钟电路、人机接口电路和远程GPRS通信电路。实验结果表明,该硬件系统设计合理,性能稳定。 Using ASIC(Application-Specific Integrated Circuit)and 32-bit general MCU scheme,a kind of voltage monitor hardware system is designed with domestic microprocessor CKS32F407 as the core.This paper discusses the implementation scheme of the hardware system and carries out the selection of key components and hardware design,including power supply circuit,signal acquisition circuit,MCU microcontroller core circuit,local communication interface circuit,data storage circuit,real-time clock circuit,man-machine interface circuit and remote GPRS communication circuit.The experimental results show that the design of the hardware system is reasonable and the performance is stable.
