液压支架支护与抽架一体化回撤装备创新设计及应用研究

摘要 以往煤矿综采工作面液压支架回撤过程中存在顶板支护效果差、支架抽架困难等问题,导致液压支架回撤作业安全事故频发、回撤效率低下。针对以上情况,创新设计一种新型液压支架支护与抽架一体化回撤装备,该装备包括回撤支架、辅助支撑装置、抽架装置等部分,每个部分针对回撤过程中存在的问题优化设计,提高回撤作业整体效率和安全性。该一体化回撤装备在兖矿能源鲍店煤矿8304工作面液压支架回撤中进行应用,12 d时间内顺利完成120架液压支架回撤,对比以往回撤效率提高85%,工作效率高,用人少、安全系数高,而且有效降低职工的劳动强度,实现综采工作面液压支架回撤全机械化作业。 In the past,there were some problems in the process of hydraulic support retraction in fully mechanized coal face,such as poor roof support effect,difficult support extraction and so on,resulting in frequent safety accidents and low retraction efficiency.In view of the above situation,a new type of integrated retraction equipment of hydraulic support support and retraction is innovatively designed,which includes retraction support,auxiliary support device,retraction device and so on.Each part is optimized according to the problems existing in the retraction process,which improves the overall efficiency and safety of the retraction operation.The integrated retraction equipment was applied in the retraction of hydraulic support in 8304 working face of Baodian Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mine.The retraction of hydraulic support was successfully completed within 12 days.Compared with the previous retraction efficiency,the retraction efficiency was increased by 85%,the work efficiency was high,and the labor intensity of workers was effectively reduced,and the fully mechanized operation of hydraulic support retraction in fully mechanized mining face was realized.
