河北省邯郸市畜禽生产用品销售情况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the sales of production supplies for livestock and poultry in Handan City,Hebei Province

[目的]分析河北省邯郸市畜牧业的发展趋势,了解行业生产力水平、规模化程度、消费理念变化及安全生产需求。[方法]以邯郸地区有代表性的畜禽生产用品销售公司为调查对象,运用实地观察、访谈调查、网络询问、问卷调查等方法,统计2020—2022年的销售端数据。[结果]畜牧业从业人员中青年比例上升,2022年较2020年增长约50%;大专、本科及以上学历者占比逐年增加,2022年大专生占比近40%;预防用药意识从2020年的30%上升到2022年的70%左右;2022年规模化养殖数量占比较2020年增加30%左右;泔水使用率逐年下降,从2018年的7%下降到2022年不足1%;年销售额先增多后减少,与2022年新冠肺炎疫情有关;销售途径以实体店与电商销售为主;预防保健型的中药产品,销量增加约45%左右;治疗用药占比减少,尤其是抗生素产品下降约40%左右。[结论]近三年现代畜牧业发展呈现出从业人员年龄年轻化、生产走向规模化、商品消费理性化、养殖生产安全化的发展趋势。

[Objectives]The development trend of animal husbandry in Handan City,Hebei Province,was analyzed to understand the productivity level,scale,changes in consumption concept,and safety production needs of industry.[Methods]Methods including field observation,interview,online inquiries,and questionnaire surveys were used to survey the representative sales companies of production supplies for livestock and poultry in Handan City,Hebei Province.Sales data from 2020 to 2022 were collected.[Results]The proportion of middle-aged and young people in the livestock industry increased,with a growth of about 50%in 2022 compared to that in 2020.The proportion of college students with a bachelor's degree or above has been increasing year by year,with nearly 40%of college students in 2022.The awareness of preventive medication has increased from 30%in 2020 to around 70%in 2022.The number of large-scale farming in 2022 has increased by about 30%compared to that in 2020.The utilization rate of swill has been decreasing year by year,from 7%in 2018 to less than 1%in 2022.The annual sales increased first and then decreased,which was related to the COVID-19 in 2022.The main channels for sales were brick and mortar stores and e-commerce sales.The sales of preventive and health oriented traditional Chinese medicine products increased by about 45%.The proportion of therapeutic drugs decreased,especially with antibiotic products decreasing by about 40%.[Conclusions]In the past three years,the development of modern animal husbandry was reflected in the younger age of employees and an improvement in their knowledge level,towards large-scale production,rational commodity consumption,and safe farming production.
