推进拔尖创新人才的一体化选育 被引量:3

Promoting the Integrated Selection and Cultivation of Top-Notch Innovative Talents

摘要 拔尖创新人才是科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点。拔尖创新人才选拔培养涉及多学段、各环节、全要素、多主体,在实践探索中面临选拔标准和方法不科学、培养体系贯通性不强、跨界交叉融合不深入、多方主体力量分散等诸多挑战,尤其需要增强一体化。推进拔尖创新人才的一体化选育,需整合各学段表现的多维识别,基于阶段性表现、多样性标准、特殊性需求,展开动态化、类型化、保障性识别;注重大中小衔接的连贯教学,形成链条式教学内容、进阶式探究场景与综合性安置方式的教学体系;创新跨界交叉融合的培养模式,把跨界学习作为培养拔尖创新人才的基本路径,将学科交叉和交叉学科作为催化剂,使数字技术赋能成为强力引擎;构建统筹多方主体力量的共育氛围,完善拔尖创新人才选拔培养法规政策体系,倡导科学合理的家庭教育观念,健全开放包容的学校选育渠道,营造共担共建的社会育人生态。 Top-notch innovative talents are an important point connecting the first technological productivity,the first human resource,and the first driving force of innovation.The selection and training of them involves different educational stages,various links,all elements and multiple subjects,and faces many challenges in practice and exploration,such as unscientific standards and methods for selection,the weakly-integrated training system,insufficient cross-border integration,and scattered forces of multiple subjects,especially the weak integration of selection and cultivation.To promote the integration of the selection and training of top-notch innovative talents,we need to integrate the multi-dimensional identification of the performance of students in each educational stage,and carry out dynamic,typological and guaranteed identification based on phase-based performance,diversified criteria and special needs;pay attention to teaching connecting primary education,secondary education and higher education,and develop a teaching system that includes chain teaching content,progressive scenes of exploration,and comprehensive methods of placement;create new training modes of cross-border integration,use cross-border learning as a basic path to talent cultivation,use interdisciplinarity and cross-border disciplines as a catalyst,and use the empowerment of digital technology as a powerful engine;and create an atmosphere for the coordination of multiple forces,improve the system for laws and policies,advocate scientific and reasonable concepts of family education,consummate open and inclusive channels for talent selection and training by schools,and create a social educational ecology that is shared and co-built.
