摘要
人工智能技术在斜视与小儿眼科领域发展迅速.在筛检斜视、辅助间歇性外斜视手术时机选择、以及辅助手术量的设计决策中表现出较高的准确度.还可对早产儿视网膜病变分期分区进行严重程度评估,辅助先天性白内障诊断和全程管理,进行近视防控的预后预测,弱视的早期初步筛查以实现早期干预,还可应用于视网膜母细胞瘤的诊断和分类等.
Artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly in the field of strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology.It shows high accuracy in the selection of screening strabismus,the timing of auxiliary intermittent exotropia surgery,and the design of auxiliary surgery volume.It can also be used to assess the severity of retinopathy of prematurity,assist the diagnosis and whole-course management of congenital cataract,predict the prognosis of myopia prevention and control,and screen amblyopia early to achieve intervention early.In addition,it can be applied to the diagnosis and classification of retinoblastoma.
