商业银行基于智能交易监测平台的一体化支付风险防控体系研究

Research on Integrated Payment Risk Prevention and Control System of Commercial Banks Based on Intelligent Transaction Monitoring Platform

随着国家层面上对交易支付中发生的风险事件高度重视,金融监管机构正引导金融行业发动行业力量,通过应用人工智能、大数据、生物识别、隐私计算等创新技术,同不法支付行为进行斗争与博弈。不法分子也在应用新技术,而且在场景方面已做到全面融合时事热点、社交活动、商业促销、行政管理等。商业银行在全方位的渗透、融合的支付风险的交易拦截、账户管控、限额管理、客户识别方面,面临前所未有的困难;而商业银行在严峻的风险防控形势中缺少成熟的制度、流程、防控机制与措施作为参考,本文通过研究以应用机器学习等算法建设智能防控架构为核心思路,为商业银行应对交易支付风险提供参考。

As national authorities increasingly emphasize the risks associated with transaction payments,financial regulatory agencies are guiding the financial industry to leverage industry forces in combating illegal payment behaviors through the application of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,biometric identification,and privacy computing.Criminals are also using new technologies and have integrated current events,social activities,commercial promotions,and administrative management into their schemes.Commercial banks face unprecedented challenges in intercepting risky transactions,managing accounts,enforcing limit controls,and identifying customers in a fully integrated and pervasive payment risk environment.In this challenging risk prevention landscape,commercial banks lack mature systems,processes,mechanisms,and measures for reference.This paper explores the construction of an intelligent prevention and control architecture using machine learning algorithms as the core strategy,providing a reference for commercial banks to address transaction payment risks.
