课程思政视域下“食品保藏原理”课程教学设计探索

摘要 立德树人是一个对学生积极态度形成、正确思想塑造,以及良好学习习惯养成的过程。思政元素在课程教学中的融入,就是将立德树人具象化,使之具有可操作性,如此,其目标方可达成。“食品保藏原理”作为高等院校食品科学与工程专业的一门必修课程,蕴含着丰富的思想政治元素。在课堂教学中,将知识传授、素质提升与思想政治教育紧密结合,融入唯物主义相关理论、社会主义核心价值观等要素,对学生积极向上的世界观、人生观和价值观的养成具有重要意义。 The cultivation of moral character and the shaping of positive attitudes and correct ideologies in students,as well as the development of good study habits,is a process known as“Lide shuren”in education.The integration of ideological and political elements into curriculum teaching is the embodiment of“Lide shuren”and makes it practical and achievable.Only through this approach can its goals be realized.The course“Principles of food preservation”,which is a mandatory course in higher education for food science and engineering majors,contains rich ideological and political elements.In classroom teaching,the integration of knowledge dissemination,personal development,and ideological and political education is closely linked.It incorporates elements of dialectical materialism and the core socialist values,among others.This approach holds significant importance in fostering students positive and upward worldviews,life outlooks,and value systems.
