基于用户QoE的5G绿色蜂窝网络节能基站控制技术

摘要 针对多个小蜂窝组成的大蜂窝系统能耗过高问题,提出基于用户QoE的5G绿色蜂窝网络节能基站控制技术,实现基站自适应开/关控制。首先,基于历史流量预测基站短期流量;在此基础上,在基站利用率最大化的基础上,考虑用户业务速率、信噪比和吞吐量的约束动态调整活跃基站数量,从而实现基站节能控制的目的。
