摘要
采用水热合成法制备了SSZ-13分子筛,采用浸渍法对其进行磷改性。采用XRD、N2物理吸附、NH3-TPD等方法对分子筛进行了表征,使用固定床反应器对磷改性SSZ-13的乙醇制丙烯催化性能进行了考察。结果显示,磷引入后导致分子筛结晶度、比表面积、孔体积、酸量和酸强度均出现一定程度的下降,但促进了其乙醇制丙烯催化性能,经磷改性后,其丙烯选择性由83.7%增加至86.9%。
In this study,SSZ-13 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and then it was modified with phosphorus by impregnation method.The zeolite samples were characterized by XRD,N2physical adsorption and NH3-TPD methods.The catalytic performance of phosphorus modified SSZ-13 on ethanol to propylene(ETP) was investigated with a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that introduction of phosphorus led to a certain degree of decrease in the crystallinity,specific surface area,pore volume,acid amount,and acid strength of the SSZ-13 sample,but improved its catalytic performance for ETP process.After phosphorus modification,its propylene selectivity increased from 83.7% to 86.9%.
