AMS加氢催化剂的制备及反应条件对催化剂活性的影响研究

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,现代石油化工产业都需要使用催化剂。本文通过对AMS加氢催化剂的制备方法进行研究,并通过实验分析了反应温度、压力、氢气放空速率等对催化剂活性的影响。实验表明,100℃为反应最佳温度,但催化剂的起始温度可以为80℃,较工厂的起始温度低;随着空时的增加转化率也相对增大;0.7 MPa为最好的反应压力,高压时可能出现氢气脱附现象,转化率下降;氢气放空速率对AMS转化率基本没有影响。 With the rapid development of the social economy,modern petrochemical industry requires the use of catalysts.This article conducts research and analysis on the preparation methods and experiments of AMS hydrogenation catalysts,and analyzes the effects of reaction temperature,pressure,hydrogen release rate,etc.on catalyst activity through experiments.The experiment shows that 100 ℃ is the optimal reaction temperature,but the starting temperature of the catalyst can be 80 ℃,which is lower than the starting temperature of the factory.As the space time increases,the conversion rate also increases relatively.0.7 MPa is the optimal reaction pressure,and under high pressure,hydrogen desorption may occur,leading to a decrease in conversion rate.The hydrogen release rate has little effect on the AMS conversion rate.
