吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法快速测定水质中33种挥发性有机物

摘要 本文建立了水质中33种挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法的快速检测方法,采用选择离子扫描模式分析,内标法定量。结果表明,33种挥发性有机物的检出限为0.1~0.4μg/L,校准曲线的相对响应因子的相对标准偏差为2.5%~16.8%,3种浓度水平的样品加标回收率为83.9%~118%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.0%。方法检出限低、精密度好、回收率高,可在18 min左右出峰完全,大大提高了工作效率,适用于大批量水质样品中挥发性有机物分析。 A method for rapid determination of 33 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in water by purge and trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The water samples were analyzed by selective ion scanning mode,and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the detection limit of 33 volatile organic compounds was 0.1~0.4μg/L,the relative standard deviation of the relative response factor of the calibration curve is 2.5%~16.8%,the recoveries of the samples at three concentration levels are 83.9%~118%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.1%~9.0%.The method has low detection limit,good precision,and high recovery rate.33volatile organic compounds were completely detected in about 18 minutes,greatly improving analysis efficiency.The method is suitable for the analysis of volatile organic compounds in water for large batches.
