摘要
本文按照JJF 1059.1—2012的不确定度评定方法,参考CSM 01 010108—2006,对X射线荧光光谱法测定氧化钙的过程中的“制样引起的不确定度”、“多次测量结果的重复”、“工作曲线的变动性”、“标准物质标准值的不确定度”和“高低标校正产生的变动性的不确定度”进行了分别评定,并分析其不确定度贡献的来源。
According to the uncertainty evaluation method of JJF 1059.1-2012 and referring to CSM 01 010108-2006,this article evaluates the "uncertainty caused by sample preparation","repeatability of multiple measurement results","variability of working curve","uncertainty of standard substance standard value" and "uncertainty of variability caused by high and low standard correction" in the process of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy for determining calcium oxide,and analyzes the sources of their uncertainty contributions.
