摘要
某矿回采盘区呈现煤层厚、瓦斯浓度高、回采期间瓦斯涌出量大的特征,尤其是在首采面回采过程中,回风巷上隅角瓦斯浓度多次出现超限现象,高位瓦斯抽放巷的抽放瓦斯浓度却只有不到4%,抽采效果较差。因此对临近综采面进行高抽巷层位布置,结合高抽巷瓦斯抽放原理及理论公式,进行高抽巷层位、管路设计,增强瓦斯抽放量,降低上隅角瓦斯浓度。
The mining area of a certain mine exhibits the characteristics of thick coal seam,high gas concentration,and large gas emission during the mining period.Especially during the first mining face mining process,the gas concentration in the upper corner of the return airway repeatedly exceeds the limit,while the gas concentration in the high-level gas drainage roadway is less than 4%,resulting in poor extraction effect.Therefore,the layout of high drainage roadway layers near the fully mechanized mining face is carried out,combined with the principle and theoretical formula of high drainage roadway gas drainage,the design of high drainage roadway layers and pipelines is carried out to enhance gas drainage volume and reduce gas concentration in the upper corner.
