婴儿背带产品质量安全风险研究

针对电商平台上购买的婴儿背带产品存在使用说明不规范,pH值、色牢度、动态负重项目不能满足标准要求等质量问题,对可能引发的风险予以分析。通过对电商平台上婴儿背带产品的随机购检,就其可能对人身安全和健康造成影响的因素开展质量安全风险研究。提出有关部门需加强相关技术标准和法律法规宣传,企业应自律生产行为并严格按照标准规定实施生产,消费者要提升对产品质量的甄别能力并购买合规产品等措施,从而避免因产品存在缺陷导致对婴幼儿身体产生的伤害。

There are some quality problems in the baby carrier products purchased on the e commerce platform,such as non-standard instructions,pH value,color fastness and dynamic load-bearing items that cannot meet the standard requirements.The pos-sible risks were analyzed.Through random purchase inspection of baby carrier products on e commerce platform,the quality and safe-ty risks research on the factors that may affect personal safety and health were carried out.It is suggested that relevant departments should strengthen the publicity of relevant technical standards,laws and regulations,enterprises should self-regulate their production behavior and strictly implement production in accordance with the standards,and consumers should improve their ability to identify product quality and purchase compliant products,so as to avoid the harm to infants and young children caused by product defects.
