离子色谱法在公共卫生检测中的应用

摘要 离子色谱法是一种高效的液相色谱分析技术,具有操作简便、检测迅速、灵敏度高等优点。本文综述了离子色谱法的类型与应用优势,重点阐述了其在公共卫生领域的应用。研究表明,离子色谱法可以灵敏地检测各类离子,为公共卫生提供技术支持。然而,离子色谱法也存在一些局限性,如检测对象范围窄、灵敏度有限、方法依赖性大等。当前仍需进行技术创新,以扩大离子色谱法在公共卫生检测中的应用范围,进一步优化检测效果。 Ion chromatography is an efficient liquid chromatography analysis technique,characterized by its simplicity,rapid detection,and high sensitivity.This paper provides an overview of the types and advantages of ion chromatography,with a focus on its applications in public health.The study shows that ion chromatography can sensitively detect various ions,providing technical support for public health.However,ion chromatography also has limitations,such as narrow detection range,limited sensitivity,and method dependence.Therefore,ongoing technological innovation is needed to expand the application of ion chromatography in public health testing and further optimize its detection performance.
