荆门市地质灾害综合防治体系建设与成效评价

Construction and effectiveness evaluation of comprehensive prevention and control system for geological disasters in Jingmen City

荆门市位于湖北省中部,复杂的地质背景孕育了滑坡、崩塌、地面塌陷等地质灾害及隐患。为保护人民生命财产安全,2018-2022年,荆门市紧抓重点省份地质灾害综合防治体系建设契机,从调查评价、监测预警、综合治理、防灾能力等方面入手,开展了一系列务实且高效的工作,基本建成了地质灾害综合防治体系,成效显著。本文对体系建设及成效进行了系统评述,并对相关工作经验进行了梳理总结。

Jingmen City,located in the central part of Hubei Province,is prone to geological hazards and hidden dangers such as landslides,collapses,and ground subsidence due to its complex geological background.To protect the safety of people's lives and property,from 2018 to 2022,Jingmen City seized the opportunity of building a comprehensive prevention and control system for geological hazards in key provinces.Starting from investigation and evaluation,monitoring and warning,comprehensive management,disaster prevention capabilities and other related aspects,a series of practical and efficient work was carried out,and the basic construction of the comprehensive prevention and control system for geological hazards was basically completed,with significant results.This paper systematically reviews the construction and effectiveness of the system and summarizes relevant practical experience.
