郑氏经验穴结合肩关节运动干预治疗肩峰撞击综合征临床研究

Clinical therapeutic effect of Zheng’s empirical points combined with shoulder joint exercise intervention on subacromial impingement syndrome

目的:探究郑氏经验穴结合肩关节运动干预对肩峰撞击综合征(SIS)的临床疗效。方法:选取96例SIS患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采用肩关节运动治疗,观察组采用郑氏经验穴结合肩关节运动治疗,1个治疗周期为3周。评估两组治疗后治疗效果、肩关节活动度、肩部肌力及不良反应。结果:治疗3周后,观察组治疗有效率91.67%明显高于对照组的75.00%,治疗1、3周后观察组Constant-Murley评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3周后,观察组各关节活动度,肩部各部位肌力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生情况较少。结论:郑氏经验穴结合肩关节运动干预对SIS可以提高其临床治疗效果,缓解患者疼痛,有效提高肩关节活动度和肩部肌力,且较安全。

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Zheng’s empirical points combined with shoulder joint exercise intervention on subacromial impingement syndrome(SIS).Methods:A total of 96 patients with SIS were selected,and randomly divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observer group(48 cases).The control group was treated with shoulder joint exercise,and the observer group was treated with Zheng’s empirical points combined with shoulder joint exercise,with 3 weeks as a treatment cycle.Assessment of therapeutic efficacy,shoulder joint mobility,shoulder muscle strength and adverse effects after treatment in both groups.Results:After 3 weeks of therapy,the treatment response rate in the observer group 91.67%was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group.The Constant-Murley scores of the observer group after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the mobility of each joint and the muscle strength of each part of the shoulder was markedly higher in the observer group than in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred less frequently in the observer group.Conclusion:Zheng’s empirical points combined with shoulder joint exercise intervention can improve the therapeutic effect on SIS,relieve the patients’pain,and effectively improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and shoulder muscle strength.
