德国双元制教育对我国高职本科教育的启示

摘要 目前我国高职本科教育存在理论与实践脱节、专业设置与市场需求脱节、职业规划指导缺乏等问题。在深入研究德国双元制教育模式的基础上,重点探讨其在高职本科学生培养方面的成功经验。通过借鉴德国双元制教育的经验,提出我国高职本科教育发展策略,以期培养出更多适应社会需求的高素质人才,为社会发展创造更多价值。 At present,there are some problems in China's higher vocational undergraduate education,such as the disconnection between theory and practice,the disconnection between professional setting and market demands,and the lack of career planning guidance.On the basis of an in-depth study of the German dual education mode,this paper focuses on its successful experience in the training of higher vocational undergraduate students.By drawing on the lessons from the German dual system,this paper puts forword the development strategies for China's higher vocational undergraduate education,in order to cultivate more high-quality talents to meet the needs of society and create more value for social development.
