智能标志桩在输气管道高后果区巡线中的应用

摘要 针对山东区域某管网公司输气管道高后果区数量多、里程长、级别高的特点,同时存在巡线周期长、效果差、智能化程度低等问题,文章通过研究在高后果区设立智能标志桩,赋予“智能”大脑,提出基于智能标志桩的输气管道高后果区监督管理整套技术方案,可实现高后果区全局实时监测、预警管理、巡线管理及定位导航等功能,有效减少人工巡线成本,可用于高后果区管道智能管理工作,对保障管道安全运行具有重要意义。 In view of the characteristic of large number,long mileage and high level of high-consequence area in the gas pipeline of a pipeline network company in Shandong,as well as the problems of long cycles,poor effectiveness and low intelligence level of line patrol,this article studies the establishment of intelligent sign piles in high consequence areas,endowing“intelligent”brains,and proposing a complete technical scheme based on intelligent sign piles for monitoring and management of high consequence areas of gas pipelines,which can achieve the functions of global real-time monitoring,early warning management,line patrol management and positioning navigation.It effectively reduces the cost of manual line patrol,and can be used for intelligent management of pipelines in high consequence areas,which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.
