摘要
文章介绍了芳烃装置丙烯压缩机组工艺流程以及运行初期存在的一些问题,并对CCC系统进行防喘振实测,精确计算丙烯制冷压缩机喘振曲线和机组性能,从防喘振曲线性能、防喘振控制系统运行稳定性分析进行优化研究。该优化方案提高了压缩机自动化程度,使机组生产波动降低,能源消耗也随之减少。
The article introduces the process flow of the propylene compressor unit in the aromatics unit and some problems that exist during the initial operation,and conducts anti surge testing on the CCC system,accurately calculates the surge curve and unit performance of the propylene refrigeration compressor,and optimizes the operation stability of the anti surge control system through performance analysis of the anti surge curve.The optimization scheme improves the degree of automation of the compressor,reduces the fluctuation of unit production and energy consumption.
