抑郁症患者产生自杀行为的影响因素分析

目的探索抑郁症伴有自杀行为的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2021年10月至2022年12月山东省戴庄医院的未经药物系统治疗的125例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照是否伴有自杀行为分为抑郁症自杀行为组(55例)和抑郁症不伴有自杀行为组(70例)。采用血液分析仪检测血小板计数、血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积、血小板压积,分析抑郁症伴有自杀行为的影响因素。结果两组的组血小板计数、平均血小板体积及血小板分布宽度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果提示,平均血小板体积(β=-0.48,OR=0.62,95%CI=0.39~0.98)是影响抑郁症自杀行为发生的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论平均血小板体积与抑郁症自杀的发生密切相关。这一发现可能为临床预测抑郁症患者自杀风险提供了潜在的生物学标志物。

Objective To explore the factors influencing suicidal behaviors in patients with depression.Methods A total of 125 patients with depression who had not been treated by the drug system in Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and divided into depression suicidal behavior group(55 cases)and depression without suicidal behavior group(70 cases)according to whether they were accompanied by suicidal behavior.Blood platelet count,platelet distribution width,mean platelet volume and platelet pressure were measured by blood analyzer to analyze the influencing factors of depression accompanied by suicidal behavior.Results There were statistically significant differences in platelet count,mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis suggested that mean platelet volume(β=-0.48,OR=0.62,95%CI=0.39-0.98)was a protective factor affecting the occurrence of suicidal behavior in depression(P<0.05).Conclusion The mean platelet volume is closely related to the occurrence of suicidal behaviors in depression.This finding could provide a potential biomarker for the clinical prediction of suicide risk in patients with depression.
