情绪ABC理论在肩关节周围炎患者康复护理宣教中的应用效果

Application effect of emotional ABC theory in rehabilitation nursing education for patients with shoulder periarthritis

目的探讨在肩关节周围炎患者康复护理宣教中采取情绪ABC理论的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至10月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的60例肩关节周围炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施情绪ABC理论干预,两组均持续干预观察2个月。比较两组疾病知识掌握情况、心理状态、肩关节功能恢复情况以及生活质量。结果观察组干预后的疾病知识掌握情况、美国加州大学肩关节评分(UCLA)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肩关节周围炎患者康复护理宣教中采取情绪ABC理论干预,患者对疾病知识的掌握有所提升,可减轻其消极情绪,利于肩关节功能恢复,促进患者生活质量进一步提升。

Objective To explore the application effect of emotional ABC theory in rehabilitation nursing education for patients with shoulder periarthritis.Methods A total of sixty patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)using random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received emotional ABC theory intervention on the basis of routine care.Both groups continued to receive intervention and observation for 2 months.Disease knowledge,mental state,shoulder function recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the disease knowledge,the University of California at Los Angeles shoulder rating scale(UCLA)score and short form 36 health survey(SF-36)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting emotional ABC theory intervention in rehabilitation nursing education for patients with shoulder periarthritis can improve their mastery of disease knowledge,alleviate their negative emotions,promote shoulder joint function recovery,and further improve their quality of life.
