摘要
采用镁合金材料一次压铸成型制作表面贴装技术(SMT)印刷网版网框,改进网框内部结构设计,提高网框强度。采用聚酰亚胺薄膜对网框进行张膜,取代传统聚酯纤维(涤纶)材质网纱张纱工艺,减少印刷时弹性形变,从而提高网版印刷精度。研究印刷面超疏水微纳结构及表面钝化对激光切割网版钢片表面光洁度和耐刮擦强度的影响,使SMT印刷网版印刷精度更高,机械强度更强,使用寿命更长。
Magnesium alloy material one-time die-casting is used to produce surface mount technology(SMT)printing screen frame.The internal structure design of the mesh frame is improved to enhance its strength.The use of polyimide film to stretch the screen frame instead of the traditional polyester fiber gauze tensioning process,can improve the flatness of the screen printing surface under the action of high tension and reduce the elastic deformation during printing.The effects of superhydrophobic micro-nano structure and surface passivation on the surface finish and scratch resistance of laser cutting screen steel sheet are studied.The new technologies make SMT printing screen print more precise,have stronger mechanical strength,and have a longer service life.
