摘要
主要研究3D模型在推动印制电路板(PCB)行业智能化建设方面的应用。借助计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件和前端开发平台,进行设备产品原型设计和功能开发,通过实时数据与3D模型的结合绑定,可以将虚拟对象或场景以动态视觉的形式呈现出来,实现PCB生产车间的可视化展示和状态监控,帮助进行制造过程分析、问题追溯和生产优化,从而提高生产效率和质量管理水平。通过实践研究,在实际场景中测试和评估特定的策略、方法和工作流程,开展开发优化工作,可以视为一种尝试与创新。
This paper studies the application of 3D models in promoting the intelligent construction of printed circuit board(PCB)industry.With the help of computer-aided design(CAD)software and front-end development platform,equipment product prototype design and function development can be carried out through the combination and binding of real-time data and 3D models,and virtual objects or scenes can be presented in the form of dynamic vision to achieve visual display and status monitoring of PCB production workshops.It can help with manufacturing process analysis,problem tracing and production optimization to improve production efficiency and quality management.Through practical research,this paper tests and evaluates specific strategies,methods and workflows in actual scenarios,and carries out development optimization work,which can be regarded as an attempt and innovation of construction of intelligent factory.
