国际法课程教学与思政教育的融合探究

摘要 国际法课程与思政教育的融合教学具有必然性和必要性。当前尚存教育主体主动融入思政教育自觉性有待加强、国际法实践课程融合思政教育难度较大、国际法课程与思政教育融合形式较为少旧等问题,应通过加强对涉外学科及其思政教育的重视、加强教育主体融合思政教育的主动性、利用社会资源实现国际法实践课程的思政融合等路径,丰富国际法课程与思政教育融合的形式,贯彻“三全育人”要求。 The integration of international law curriculum and ideological and political education is necessary,but at present there are still some problems.The consciousness of educational subjects to actively integrate into ideological and political education needs to be strengthened.It is difficult to integrate international law practice curriculum into ideological and political education.And a few old forms of integration between international law curriculum and ideological and political education still exist.We should strengthen the initiative of educational subjects to integrate into ideological and political education,use social resources to realize the ideological and political integration of international law practice courses,and create diversified forms of integration of international law courses and ideological and political education,in order to implement the requirements of“three complete education”.
