“双高计划”背景下,专业群建设成为高水平高职院校建设的核心。探究高职护理专业群建设与基层慢性病治理间的内在逻辑及现实困境,挖掘两者间的协同发展路径,通过增加高职院校与基层医疗机构的交流与合作,从医教协同、资源共享、技术支持、社会服务、机制保障等方面进行耦合,以期推进高职护理专业群建设与基层慢性病治理的协同发展。

Under the background of the“Double High Plan”,the construction of professional groups has become the core of the construction of high-level vocational colleges.This paper explores the inherent logic and practical difficulties between the construction of vocational nursing professional groups and grassroots chronic disease governance,and the collaborative development path between the two.By increasing the exchanges and cooperation between vocational colleges and grass-roots medical institutions,and coupling from the aspects of medical education collaboration,resource sharing,technical support,social services,and mechanism guarantee,the collaborative development of nursing professional groups construction in higher vocational schools and grassroots chronic disease governance is promoted.
