考虑煤气消耗的连铸-热轧调度优化研究

摘要 在连铸-热轧生产过程中,经常会由于生产节奏的不匹配造成钢坯的落地进而使煤气消耗增加,为解决该问题,本文建立了以最小化煤气消耗为目标,考虑热轧工艺约束以及设备资源约束的连铸-热轧调度模型。同时针对问题设计了独特编码和解码方式,并使用改进的遗传算法对模型求解。最后通过某钢厂实际生产数据设计实验,结果表明了模型和算法的合理高效性,相对人工调度完成速度更快,同时也降低了煤气的消耗。 In the process of continuous casting and hot rolling production,it is common for the mismatch of production rhythm to cause the landing of steel billets and increase gas consumption.To solve this problem,this paper establishes a continuous casting and hot rolling scheduling model with the goal of minimizing gas consumption,considering the constraints of hot rolling process and equipment resources.At the same time,a unique encoding and decoding method was designed for the problem,and an improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,an experiment was designed based on actual production data from a steel plant,and the results showed that the model and algorithm were reasonable and efficient,with a faster completion speed compared to manual scheduling,while also reducing gas consumption.
