摘要
运营地铁线路存在道床积水的问题,可能导致地铁运行受阻和乘客通行不便。上海地铁运维部门排查发现道床积水主要由暗管堵塞导致,本文根据地铁运维资料分析了暗管堵塞的原因,根据暗管工程特点,对比分析了几种常用的测量方法在本工程中的适用性,进一步地,介绍了激光SLAM扫描技术在暗管排查中的实施及数据采集过程和测量结果。经实践验证,激光SLAM扫描技术可高效地获取暗管的位置、走向和埋深等数据,且扫描成果具有较高的精度和可靠性,便于维保部门对暗管进行施工改造,改善地铁的积水问题。本文的实践应用可为同类项目提供经验参考。
There is a problem of waterlogging on the track bed during the operation of subway lines,which may cause obstruction of subway operation and inconvenience for passengers.The Shanghai Metro operation and maintenance department found that the accumulation of water on the track bed is mainly caused by blockage of hidden pipes.This article analyzes the causes of hidden pipe blockage based on subway operation and maintenance data,compares and analyzes the applicability of several commonly used measurement methods in this project based on the characteristics of hidden pipe engineering,and further introduces the implementation of laser SLAM scanning technology in hidden pipe inspection,data collection process,and measurement results.Through practical verification,laser SLAM scanning technology can efficiently obtain data on the position,direction,and burial depth of hidden pipes,and the scanning results have high accuracy and reliability,making it convenient for maintenance departments to carry out construction and renovation of hidden pipes and improve the problem of subway waterlogging.The practical application of this article can provide experience reference for similar projects.
