树根桩顶驱跟管钻进劈裂注浆成桩工艺在护岸及高边坡工程中的应用

摘要 码头护岸、堤防及高边坡的加固工程,常规采用较多的是高压旋喷桩和水泥搅拌桩施工工艺,高压旋喷桩和水泥搅拌桩施工工艺成熟,加固效果良好,但是施工过程中会对周边土体产生压力,造成土体挤压膨胀,尤其在高边坡和护岸加固过程中,受地势影响,施工中对周围土体产生的压力不均匀,边坡一侧的土体挤压效应更加明显,对于边坡上的构筑物造成挤压破坏,严重时会推动边坡侧土体产生滑移,造成安全质量事故;因此,在实施具有正常使用构筑物的码头护岸、堤防和高边坡加固工程中,需要采取压力更小、有利于边坡构筑物保护的加固方案和施工工艺,微型树根桩采用全套管跟管钻进成孔,注浆时采用螺栓式封孔工艺对注浆管口进行有效封堵,分别进行一次常压注浆和二次高压劈裂注浆,有效减少了对于周边土体的施工压力,可较好地解决护岸、堤防及高边坡工程加固中构筑物的保护问题,在类似的工程环境下,具有广泛的借鉴意义。 In the reinforcement engineering of dock revetments,embankments,and high slopes,high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles and cement mixing piles are commonly used.The construction technology of high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles and cement mixing piles is mature and the reinforcement effect is good.However,during the construction process,it will generate pressure on the surrounding soil,causing soil compression and expansion.Especially in the reinforcement process of high slopes and revetments,due to the influence of terrain,the pressure on the surrounding soil during construction is uneven,and the compression effect of the soil on one side of the slope is more obvious,causing compression damage to the structures on the slope.In severe cases,it will push the soil on the side of the slope to slide,resulting in safety and quality accidents.Therefore,in the implementation of pier revetment,embankment,and high slope reinforcement projects with normal use of structures,it is necessary to adopt reinforcement plans and construction techniques that are less pressure and conducive to the protection of slope structures.Micro tree root piles are drilled with full casing and pipe drilling to form holes,and bolt sealing technology is used to effectively seal the grouting pipe mouth during grouting.One normal pressure grouting and two high-pressure splitting grouting are carried out respectively,effectively reducing the construction pressure on the surrounding soil.This can effectively solve the protection problem of structures in the reinforcement of revetment,embankment,and high slope projects,and has broad reference significance in similar engineering environments.
