摘要
本项目设计研发了一种螺旋驱动粮仓粮堆表面自动巡航行走多用途机器人,机器人控制系统采用多传感器融合技术实现自主导航作业,通过仓内粮面巡航行走,实现平整粮面、翻耙粮面、粮面测温、粮面施药等功能。机器人驱动内置,螺旋叶片可更换,并根据不同品种粮堆和不同环境的作业要求安装不同作业装置,有效提高粮面作业设备的作业效率和自动化程度。
This study designs and develops a multi-purpose robot for automatic cruising and surface operation on grain silos driven by spirals.The robot control system utilizes multi-sensor fusion technology to achieve autonomous navigation and operation.It traverses the surface of grain piles inside silos,performing functions such as leveling the grain surface,turning over the grain surface,temperature measurement,and applying pesticides.The robot's drive is internally integrated,with replaceable spiral blades.Additionally,various operating devices are installed according to the operational requirements of different grain types and environments,effectively enhancing the operational efficiency and automation level of grain surface equipment.
