食用植物油中3种香兰素类及6种香豆素类含量检测方法的研究

摘要 通过优化前处理,探索质谱条件,建立液相色谱-串联质谱法,同时对食用植物油中3种香兰素类及6种香豆素类化合物进行含量检测的分析方法,确定方法可行性与准确性。样品经乙腈超声提取,HLB柱净化,氮吹复溶,采用多反应监测正离子模式进行定性,香兰素内标法定量,香豆素外标法定量进行分析。结果表明,9种目标化合物在20~800μg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r^(2))为0.9955~0.9999;定量限均为20μg/kg,方法所得9种化合物回收率均在80%~120%之间。该方法灵敏度高,准确性高,可用于食用植物油中3种香兰素类和6种香豆素类化合物的同时检测。 To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for simultaneous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarin compounds in edible vegetable oil by optimizing pre-treatment and exploring mass spectrometry conditions,and to determine the feasibility and accuracy of the method.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile ultrasound,purified by HLB column,and re dissolved by nitrogen blowing.Qualitative analysis was conducted using a multi reaction monitoring positive ion mode,quantitative analysis was performed using vanillin internal standard method,and quantitative analysis was performed using coumarin external standard method.The results show that nine target compounds ranging from 20 to 800μg/L The linearity is good within the range of g/L concentration,and the correlation coefficient(r^(2))is 0.9955-0.9999.The quantitative limit is all 20μg/L The recovery rates of the 9 compounds obtained by the method are all between 80%and 120%,g/kg.This method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be used for the simultaneous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarins in edible vegetable oils.
