摘要
文章通过研究Fe-Co-Sn预合金不同含量比例的配方试样块力学性能及显微结构,优选出一种配方C1制备样品绳,并通过样品绳进行现场切割测试,分析样品绳串珠的磨损量、串珠切割状态及切割效率与寿命数据,获得Fe-Co-Sn预合金配方制备组合绳锯使用性能。
The article studies the mechanical properties and microstructure of formula sample blocks with different content ratios of Fe-Co-Sn pre-alloy,selects a formula C1 to prepare sample ropes,and conducts on-site cutting tests on the sample ropes to analyze the wear amount,cutting state,cutting efficiency,and service life data of the sample rope beads.The performance of the Fe-Co-Sn pre-alloy formula for preparing composite rope saws is obtained.
