摘要
步态障碍是帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)最常见的中轴症状之一,严重损害患者活动能力和生活质量。神经调控是PD步态障碍药物、运动和康复治疗之外的重要疗法,其中侵入性手术是常采用的调控手段。鉴于步态障碍的高发病率和现有疗法的疗效局限性,近年来侵入性神经调控出现了许多针对新靶点和新模式的研究。本文对侵入性神经调控在治疗PD步态障碍方面取得的一些进展进行综述和展望。
Gait disturbance is one of the most common axial symptoms in Parkinson's disease(PD),and it severely impairs the mobility and quality of life of patients.Neuromodulation is an important therapy in addition to pharmacotherapy,exercise,and rehabilitation,among which invasive surgery is a commonly used modulation method.Due to the high prevalence rate of gait disturbance in PD and the limitations of existing therapies,studies for new targets and techniques have been conducted for invasive neuromodulation in recent years.This article reviews the advances and prospects of invasive neuromodulation in the treatment of gait disturbance in PD.
