数字化是嵌入乡村振兴的新变量。杭州市萧山区江西俞村回应村庄发展需求和农民生活需要,自主推进村庄数字化,形成了乡村数字振兴的独特路径与逻辑。着力推进“5G+智慧灯杆”为基础的乡村数字化新基建,积极探索数智赋能的乡村数字振兴新模式,助力农村高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理。形成了独特的村组织推动的内生发展逻辑、乡贤助力的协同建设逻辑、数智赋能的整体进步逻辑,实现了乡村振兴方式的创新。

Digitization is a new variable embedded in rural revitalization.In response to the needs of village development and farmers'living needs,Jiangxi Yu village in Xiaoshan district of Hangzhou city has independently promoted the digitization of villages,forming a unique path and logic of rural digital revitalization.We will focus on promoting the new rural digital infrastructure based on'5G+smart lamppost',actively explore the new model of rural digital revitalization enabled by digital intelligence,and help rural high-quality development,high-quality life and high-efficiency governance.It has formed a unique endogenous development logic promoted by village organizations,a collaborative construction logic assisted by rural sages,and an overall progress logic empowered by mathematical intelligence,which has realized the innovation of rural revitalization methods.
