In the process of digital transformation in group enterprises,their information security and data security have faced enormous challenges.In order to prevent data security accidents such as information leakage and network attacks from causing huge losses to enterprises,society and even the country,group enterprises should establish a complete data security management system.Therefore,this paper starts from the necessity of group enterprises to establish a data security system,analyzes the characteristics of group enterprises and the pain points of data security management,and proposes an effective way to establish a data security system in group enterprises.Then,this paper analyze how the proposed data security system is implemented in group enterprises based on actual cases,and demonstrates the practical application of the data security system in group enterprises management.Finally by establishing a comprehensive data security system,the security and integrity of enterprise data have been effectively guaranteed,and the level of data security and management efficiency of enterprises have been improved,and a new idea and method is provided for group enterprise data security management.
