人工智能安全技术及智能防御系统研究

摘要 本文介绍了人工智能与智能安全的相关概念、发展轨迹、基本构成、挑战与机遇。本文首先回顾了人工智能的三次发展高潮,以及人脑工作的几个机制,如预测与反馈、脑内连接、记忆、注意力和多模态神经元。然后,本文分析了智能系统的基本构成,包括感知、认知、理解、决策、行动和反馈。接着,本文讨论了智能安全的含义和分类,以及给智能以安全和给安全以智能的四个象限。本文还提出了一个智能安全自主度模型,将安全系统的威胁检测与防护的自主决策能力分为五个等级。最后,本文指出了人工智能在网络安全领域的应用面临的挑战,如问题空间不闭合、样本空间不对称、推理结果不可解释、泛化能力衰退等,并展望了未来的研究方向。 This paper introduces the related concepts,development trajectories,basic components,challenges and opportunities of artificial intelligence and intelligent security.The paper first reviews the three development waves of artificial intelligence,as well as some mechanisms of human brain work,such as prediction and feedback,brain connections,memory,attention and multimodal neurons.Then,the paper analyzes the basic components of intelligent systems,including perception,cognition,understanding,decision-making,action and feedback.Next,the paper discusses the meaning and classification of intelligent security,as well as the four quadrants of giving security to intelligence and giving intelligence to security.The paper also proposes an intelligent security autonomy model,which divides the autonomous decision-making ability of threat detection and protection of security systems into five levels.Finally,the paper points out the challenges faced by the application of artificial intelligence in the field of network security,such as non-closed problem space,asymmetric sample space,unexplainable reasoning results,degradation of generalization ability,etc.,and looks forward to future research directions.
