中国油菜菌核病微生物防治研究进展

Research progress of the microbial control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of rapeseeds in China

油菜是中国重要的油料作物,但油菜菌核病是造成油菜产量降低和品质损失的三大重要病害之一,一定程度上阻碍油菜产业的可持续健康发展。有益微生物防治油菜菌核病是近年来广受关注的防治措施,不仅绿色高效,还可以改善土壤肥力。通过围绕油菜菌核病的症状、核盘菌特性及其侵染原理,梳理了中国油菜菌核病微生物防治研究现状,提出了当前油菜菌核病在微生物防治技术应用中存在的问题、解决办法以及未来油菜菌核病微生物防治研究的重点方向,以期为油菜菌核病防治及油菜产业的健康发展提供理论支撑。

Rape is a main oil crop in China,but Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of rapeseeds is one of three major diseases causing the yield reduction and quality degradation of rapeseeds,which hinders the sustainable and healthy development of the rapeseed industry to some certain extent.The prevention and control of S.sclerotiorum of rapeseeds by beneficial microorganisms is a widely concerned measure in recent years,which is not only green and efficient,but also can improve the soil fertility.Focusing on the symptoms,characteristics and infection principle of S.sclerotiorum,this paper reviewed the research status of microbial control of S.sclerotiorum in China,put forward the problems and solutions existing in the application of microbial control technology of S.sclerotiorum,solutions as well as the key directions of microbial control of S.sclerotiorum in the future,so as to provide the theoretical support for the control of S.sclerotiorum and the healthy development of rapeseed industry.
