摘要
基于生物基材料的抗菌指示膜可通过膜颜色变化来准确反映出所包装食品的新鲜度。介绍了不同类型生物基抗菌指示膜的抗菌原理,综述了生物基抗菌指示膜的制备方法及其应用领域,并对生物基抗菌指示膜的发展前景进行了展望。
Antibacterial indicator membrane based on bio-based materials can accurately reflect the freshness of packaged food through changes in membrane color.The antibacterial principles of different types of bio-based antibacterial indicator membrane are introduced,and the preparation methods and application aspects of bio-based antibacterial indicator membrane are reviewed.The development prospect of bio-based antibacterial indicator membrane is predicted.
