摘要
“管理学”作为管理类专业培养方案中的核心课程,为培养管理专业人才奠定了基础。教师在教学过程中要以立德树人为目标,同时兼顾能力培养与价值引领两方面。因此,在课程目标设计时,将思政元素融入知识、技能、态度及价值培养目标当中;在教学内容设计中,将“情与理”和“思与行”有机融合;在教学评价中,通过多维度的教学评价方式和完善的评价机制,从多方面把握思想政治教育的机会,引导学生树立正确的价值观,将课程育人落到实处,为培育德能兼具的时代新人而努力。
As a core course in the training program for management majors,management science lays the foundation for the training of management professionals.In the teaching process,teachers should aim at“strengthening moral integrity”,while taking into account both ability cultivation and value guidance.Therefore,political and ideological elements should be integrated into the knowledge,skills,attitudes and value training goals during the design of course objectives;integration of emotion and reason should be emphasized in the teaching content design,as well as the integration of thinking and action;in terms of teaching evaluation system,multidimensional teaching evaluation approach should be applied for realizing a sound evaluation mechanism.Utilizing the opportunity of ideological and political education,teachers could guide students to set up correct values,put curriculum education into practice,and make efforts to cultivate new generations with both virtue and ability.
