基于创新工作室的“大思政”育人途径探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of“Great Curriculum Ideology and Politics”with Student Innovation Studio as the Carrier

高等教育作为育人途径中的重要组成部分,在学生读书期间起到的作用不可替代。近些年来,随着社会的进步与发展,“育才先育人,育人先育德”的观念深入人心。我国许多高校也在尝试进行教育教学体制改革以巩固德育的重要地位,然而存在改良效果差、运行效率低等问题。为更好地将立德树人根本任务落到实处,以大学生创新工作室为平台,通过挖掘思政元素探讨创新型教育教学与思政教育的有机结合方式,总结基于创新工作室的民族院校“大思政”育人对策性措施和途径,旨在培养真正德才兼备的优质人才。

As an important part of education,higher education plays an irreplaceable role in students’study period.In recent years,with the progress and development of society,the concept of“giving priority to building morality”is deeply popular.Many colleges and universities in our country are trying to reform education and teaching system to consolidate the important position of moral education,however,there are problems such as poor improvement effect and low operational efficiency.In order to better implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,the college student innovation Studio is taken as a platform to explore the organic combination of innovative education and teaching and ideological and political education through exploring ideological and political elements,and to summarize the countermeasures and ways of“great ideology and politics”in ethnic colleges based on innovation studio,aiming at cultivating high-quality talents with real virtue and ability.
