新媒体时代,大学生国家安全教育现状呈现出大学生自身积极与消极并存、高校开展国家安全教育喜忧参半等显著特征。大学生总体国家安全观培育是一个系统工程,需要多管齐下、多方协同方显其效。当前应着重从加强国家安全教育师资队伍建设、构建科学的教育内容体系、拓宽教育途径、提升大学生维护国家安全的自觉性和内控力等四方面构建新媒体时代大学生总体国家安全观培育的对策方案,以切实提高高校国家安全教育质量与水平,增强大学生总体国家安全意识。

In the new media era,the current situation of the cultivation of college students’overall national security concept shows the coexistence of positive and negative characteristics of college students themselves,and the mixed benefits of national security education in colleges and universities.The cultivation of college students’overall national security concept is a systematic project,which requires a multi-pronged approach and multi-party cooperation to show its effect.At present,strengthening the construction of national security education teachers,constructing a scientific education content system,expanding education channels,and enhancing the consciousness and internal control of college students to safeguard national security should be focused on,to construct countermeasures to cultivate college students’overall national security concept,so as to effectively improve the quality and level of national security education in colleges and universities,and enhance the overall national security awareness and responsibility of college students.
