摘要
着眼“1+X”证书制度与职业教育教师队伍建设必要性之间的动态相互作用及当前中职会计教师队伍建设水平的现实情况,基于“1+X”证书制度的建设和实施,深入研究中职会计教师团队建设的发展策略,旨在利用“1+X”证书制度的建设与实施和中职会计教师团队发展两者间的协同作用重塑强大的教育生态系统,探索教师教学团队能力进一步发展的路径,提高新“双师型”教师队伍建设水平,力争升学教育与职业技能教育双丰收,提升职业教育质量。
Focusing on the dynamic interaction between the“1+X”certificate system and the necessity of the construction of vocational education teachers and the reality of the current construction level of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools,based on the construction and implementation of the“1+X”certificate system,this paper further studies the development strategy of secondary vocational accounting teacher team construction.It aims to use the synergistic effect between the construction and implementation of the“1+X”certificate system and the development of secondary vocational accounting teachers to reshape a strong education ecosystem,exploring the path for the further development of teachers᾽teaching team ability.The schools should improve the construction level of the“new dual-talented”teachers,strive for higher education and vocational skills education double harvest,improving the quality of vocational education.
