莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果对比

Comparison of Moxifloxacin and Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:对比莫西沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月遵义市湄潭县中西医结合医院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为莫西沙星组和左氧氟沙星组,各30例。两组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,莫西沙星组采用莫西沙星治疗,左氧氟沙星组采用左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组临床疗效、细菌清除率、不良反应发生率、症状改善情况。结果:莫西沙星组总有效率高于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);莫西沙星组细菌清除率高于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);莫西沙星组不良反应发生率低于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);莫西沙星组咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难症状改善时间早于左氧氟沙星组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果优于左氧氟沙星,细菌清除率高,不良反应少,有利于症状改善。

Objective:To compare the effects of moxifloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Zunyi Meitan County Combined Traditional Chi-nese and Western Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into moxifloxacin group and levofloxacin group according to randomized numerical table method,each with thirty cases.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,the moxifloxacin group was treated with moxifloxacin and the levo-floxacin group was treated with levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and im-provement of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of moxifloxacin group was higher than that of levofloxacin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009);the bacterial clearance rate of moxifloxa-cin group was higher than that of levofloxacin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of moxifloxacin group was lower than that of levofloxacin group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P=0.028);the improvement time of cough,sputum and dyspnea symptoms in moxifloxacin group was earlier than that in levo-floxacin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin is better than levofloxacin in the treatment of COPD,with high bacterial clearance and fewer adverse effects,which is favorable for symptom improvement.
